Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in pristine, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
